Terms & Conditions


By using the services of

ClickWave Media you agree to the following terms:


1) Service Scope – Our services are customized to client needs, and any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2) Payment Terms – Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays or service suspension.

3) Client Responsibilities – Clients must provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project completion.

4) Confidentiality – Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential.

5) Revisions & Edits – Reasonable revisions are included; excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional costs.

6) Liability Limitation – We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from service use.

Intellectual Property – Final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment, but ClickWave Media retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes.

7) Termination Policy – Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed will be billed accordingly.



Refund Policy


At ClickWave Media we are committed to delivering high-quality services. Due to the nature of our work, the following

refund policy applies:

1) No Refunds for Completed Services – Once a service has been fully delivered, refunds are not available

2) No Refunds for Work in Progress – If a project is already in progress, refunds will not be issued.

3) Partial Refunds – If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4) Deposits & Upfront Payments – Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable, as they secure project slots and cover initial work.

5) Revisions & Adjustments – Instead of a refund, we offer reasonable revisions to meet expectations.
